What a deposit costs, and what your keys are

Everything here runs on a P01 key: subscriptions belong to it and notes are sealed to it. A deposit costs you one signature — the denomination, a 0.3% protocol fee and a 1% operator fee — while this deployment fronts the refundable proof rent and takes it back afterwards. Recipient addresses are hybrid post-quantum. The signature that pays is Ed25519 and stays Ed25519.

02How it works

How Styx works

  1. The chain sees every deposit and every payment. Styx is built so it sees neither which deposit a payment came from, nor its amount.

  2. STARK proofs computed on your device, with no secret setup ceremony. A payment to a Styx address is sealed for its recipient with post-quantum encryption, ML-KEM-768, combined with X25519.

  3. Checked by Solana: an on-chain program verifies every proof in full, with no committee and no enclave.

Every note looks the same. At a payment, several light up at once.

The receiver sees what they get, not where it came from.

What the drawing does not showOn a quiet pool, timing and amount can still give a payment away. Sends leave at once; the app says so when few people are around. This site sees your IP address when it passes a payment or a chain read on; Helius sees only our servers.
